Return Conditions:
Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@f1rwheels.com or 773-869-9128 to initiate a return.
2. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt and the RMA number.
4. Send the item to our return address 3651 S Laflin Pl, Chicago, IL 60609.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- 15% restocking fee and original shipping will be deducted from refund. This applies regardless of who initially covered the shipping fee
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
- If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the exchange item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exceptions:
- Certain items may not be eligible for return.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
